Account Suspension - What Happens?

Once a website is suspended it all becomes a bit of a faff

When an account is suspended the website will go offline and emails will stop working. The website will be replaced with a page like the one shown.

A fee becomes payable (usually GBP 35) in order to get everything back online, and it can take 24 hours before all is back to normal.

Hosting accounts are usually suspended when there is a breach of the terms and conditions regarding content or usage, or the account becomes more than 7 days overdue.

It's always a pity when an account is suspended, and it can cause a great deal of disruption and frustration, but we have to make sure we don't spend potentially unrecoverable funds on an account which (as far as we know) may not even be needed anymore by the customer.
